Continuous Improvement & Productivity Optimization Lead Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma initiatives to improve process flow and eliminate waste. Conduct workflow studies (UPH/CT, line balancing, ergonomics, layout redesign) to enhance productivity. Develop and standardize SOPs, best practices, and operational frameworks. Analyse performance trends and implement actions to reduce cost, improve throughput, and enhance efficiency. Operational Excellence Governance Establish KPIs, performance dashboards, and governance structures to evaluate operational performance. Conduct regular reviews to identify gaps and drive corrective/preventive actions. Implement process control mechanisms to ensure consistency and operational stability. Support business readiness for new processes, workflow changes, and capability expansion.
