Position Overview
Essential Functions
Ensure the successful completion of all grant-funded activities in accordance with Health Resources Services Administrations guidelines.Assist with quarterly and final reports in a timely manner to meet grant compliance requirements.Maintain ongoing, meaningful outcomes assessment related to all grant-funded initiatives.Supervise the Nurse Practitioners and Community Health Administration Coordinator directly.Manage vendor contracts, payments, and the implementation of contracted services.Oversee day-to-day needs related to the coordination and execution of grant project activities.Collaborate with the project evaluator to support quarterly data collection and reporting processes for annual reports.Clinic Operations
