Project Manager
The Project Manager (PM) will be part of a team responsible for installing Security Systems at various customer premises. The role includes project management, coordination of installations, supervision of Installation Engineers and contractors, and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety and Environmental Policies.
Responsibilities
- Allocate new projects with the Operations Director (OD) and review the project to confirm contract conditions and suitability of equipment.
- Ensure that the specified equipment constitutes a working and suitable system in liaison with the Salesman and the Customer, resolving any queries at this stage.
- Document predetermined program of works and delivery schedule, and pro‑actively notify the customer and Salesman of any changes.
- Monitor the profitability of all projects under control and provide regular 'Project Reviews' to the Operations Manager.
