This position is responsible for all aspects of Utility infrastructure projects: design, bid & award, construction, commissioning, LCAM, and close-out for projects.
Manage construction and infrastructure projects from cradle to grave.Be able to step in at any stage of the project and carry it through to completion.Conducting studies, assessing risk, developing options and producing High Level Feasibility Estimates (HLFEs).Development of project plans to include project justification, scope, deliverables, risks, budget, and schedule.Collaborating with design agents, technical experts and other stakeholder on design and project execution plan.Ensuring that designs meet performance goals and constructability objectives.Ensuring safety of te...
