The Campaign Project Manager is responsible for facilitating the end-to-end set-up, execution and analysis of multichannel campaigns in allocated markets – together with relevant stakeholders. Main responsibility is to ensure best in class multichannel campaign execution and efficient operations for a great customer experience across activated touchpoints in the customer journey End-to-end coordination, expectation setting and account management of multichannel campaigns in selected markets, focusing on campaign goalsetting, segmentation and activation of the rights channels and content for a great customer experience.Central point of contact for the affiliate in the local set-up, execution and analysis of multichannel campaigns on SFMC including stakeholder management across relevant functions/areas.Support affiliates in better practice sharing for continuous improvement of campaigns.Deliver on Multichannel Hub Execution Service KPI’s.
