Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end construction projects, including mechanical (HVAC, plumbing) and electrical scopesDevelop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocationsCoordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clientsOversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractorsEnsure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standardsMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategiesConduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to design specificationsManage project financials, including forecasting, cost tracking, and reportingLead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholdersSupport commissioning and handover processesQualifications
