Position Overview
- Project Planning : Responsible for preparing layouts, mood boards, developing project plans,including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. This involvescollaborating with clients, production team, and other stakeholders to understand theirrequirements and establish project goals. Develop project schedules and ensure that theyare adhered to the deadlines. This involves setting project milestones, monitoring progress,and addressing any schedule deviations to ensure timely project completion.
- Resource Management : Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure the smoothexecution of projects. This includes coordinating with the production team, ensuringavailability of materials and equipment, and assigning tasks to team members.
