Position Overview
Responsibilities - Oversee the design and installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with architects and other engineering teams to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into project designs.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery of MEP components.
- Lead regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor the execution of MEP work and resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP project management within the construction industry.
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Experience in managing large-scale commercial or industrial MEP projects is essential.
