We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Job Responsibilities - Coordinate closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants, and relevant authorities; provide guidance, technical input, and supervision to the project team
- Review construction drawings and plans to identify design issues, discrepancies, defects, and variations prior to construction and/or payment processing
- Oversee team performance, including on-the-job coaching and monitoring of staff productivity
- Plan, monitor, and track subcontractor progress; prepare weekly schedules and lead daily coordination meetings to ensure timelines are met
