Project Management
Ensure that the project produces the required deliverables of quality within the specified time constraints and costs and achieves the project timelines and deliverables. Full project life cycle ownership to ensure successful project delivery, including full implementation from initiation to completion. Ensure that all projects are delivered in the most cost-effective manner to guarantee Gross Profit (GP) or even improve on it, hence keeping operational costs of each project at optimal levels and come in below budget where possible.
