As an integral part of the IT-practice within the Mutares Consulting branch, you will support the team with regards to:
Lead the IT carve out projects, work and support the local team and portfolio company Support M&A Team by conducting IT Due Diligences and support in IT related consultancy Analysis of portfolio companies data structure, processes and tools, as well as the development of digital target pictures and monitoring of the implementation process Involve in IT budgeting planning process of portfolio companies and align with CRO / Head of local IT Co-develop IT Audit framework and conduct annual IT Audits and at portfolio companies
