Role
Being a Project Management Assistant Intern is an exciting role, since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs;
therefore, these are your most important tasks:
Performing administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, draft planning templates and scheduling of activities in projects, etc.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to job site by working with purchasing department;
Keeping track ofand reporting on project progress including documentation status.
Manage internal and external documents of the projects, including developing and updating the filing system of physical and digital records in customers or Sungrow tracking syst...
