**Job Description:**

**Project management and engineering leader responsible for planning, leading, and delivering the plant’s portfolio of capital (CAPEX) and process improvement projects on scope, on schedule, and on budget. Combines strong mechanical and electrical engineering capability with disciplined project management to drive equipment installations, process upgrades, and continuous improvement from concept and justification through commissioning, startup, and handover to operations.**

**SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Project Management (Primary Focus):**

+ Lead and manage capital, engineering, and process improvement projects from initiation through closeout, owning scope, schedule, budget, and risk
+ Develop and maintain integrated project plans, Gantt schedules, milestones, and critical-path tracking across multiple concurrent projects
