Position Overview
Requirements:
Must be a mature businessperson and/ or executive of impeccable integrity and ethical leadership
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and between 5 to 8 years of experience in Business Management/ Project Management or related field
A postgraduate qualification will be of advantage
Must have intellectual rigor to understand and resolve complex issues
Outstanding organizational skills
A record of success in developing business plans and procedures
Sound people management skills and experience
Proven track record of performing within a diverse and dynamic internal and external environment and diverse teams
Proven ability to interpret financial information, performance matrices, related data and clearly communicate the findings
In-depth knowledge of corporate governance principles, King IV code, Companies Act and managerial best practices
