What is the Opportunity? Reporting to the Director, Continuous Improvement, the Project Manager – Business Improvement Initiatives is responsible for the planning, execution, and successful completion of defined business-level improvement projects and special initiatives within Aecon’s Nuclear SBU.

These initiatives are intended to increase value, remove waste, improve performance, and enhance operational effectiveness across project delivery and support functions. The role applies disciplined project management practices to improvement initiatives of various scope and size and is accountable for achieving defined Conditions of Satisfaction (CoS) aligned with key performance indicators including Value, Safety, Quality, Schedule, Cost, and People.
