About the Job

As Project Manager – Sponsorships & Contributions within our Sanofi Integral Services Bogota Hub, you'll manage the end-to-end process for sponsorships and charitable donations, partnering cross-functionally with business, finance, compliance, and legal teams to ensure every contribution meets Sanofi's purpose, goals, and compliance standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Serve as key system administrator and process owner for assigned business units, managing contributions end-to-end through platforms such as CyberGrants, SHIFT, and eBuy.
• Organize and lead monthly Review Committee Meetings, presenting applications, capturing minutes, and ensuring timely processing of agreements, signatures, and payments.
