This role sits client-side on a major hyperscale data centre project in Western Sydney. It's hands-on and delivery-focused, with responsibility for managing the builder and the holding programme, and for quality and commercial outcomes.

You'll be working directly with the Project Director in a lean, high-performing team where decisions are made quickly, and accountability is clear. This isn't a layered environment where things get lost. You'll have real influence over how the project is delivered.

The project itself is large, complex and services-heavy. You'll be dealing with multiple work fronts, tight programme constraints, and the coordination challenges that come with high-performance environments. This is not a passive oversight role. You will be expected to challenge, push and maintain momentum across the build.
