We are seeking a senior Project / Program Manager to lead complex technology initiatives supporting M&A, divestitures and large-scale transformation work. This role requires strong delivery leadership across application and infrastructure teams in a regulated financial services environment.
Locations: Charlotte, NC; Saint Louis, MO; Des Moines, IA with Hybrid schedule 3 days onsite

Contract Duration: 12+ Months
**Required Skills & Experience**

+ 7+ years of project/program management and enterprise technology delivery experience
+ Background leading application and/or infrastructure initiatives in complex environments
+ Experience with large transformation programs, including mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures
+ Financial services or banking experience with strong stakeholder and executive communication skills
+ Strong governance, risk, dependency, and delivery management experience
