Job Description:

 Collaborate directly with promoters on project planning, execution,
and monitoring.
 Coordinate with various stakeholders, including international and
domestic partners, vendors, and consultants.
 Act as a bridge for communication across all project stakeholders to
ensure alignment and clarity.
 Manage project action lists, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely
completion of tasks.
 Create, monitor, and update project reports, including Gantt charts,
progress trackers, and dashboards.
 Maintain comprehensive meeting documentation, including taking
meeting minutes and tracking action items.
 Follow up with teams and individuals to ensure timely delivery of
assigned tasks.
 Develop presentations, financial models, and analytical reports as
required by the promoters.
