Project Manager Position

A well-known advertising agency in the Umhlanga area is looking for a Project Manager with advertising agency background knowledge and experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Understand the internal process.
• Build relationships with interactive functions (Studio, structure, production, transport & costing).
• Take ownership of elements of projects once briefing is complete and online expectations are clear.
• Ensure your AE is free to see clients 2 – 3 days a week.
• Participate in all production meetings and studio/project team interactions.
• Build an understanding of how to manage CPS timelines on every job, both small (Basic Trade) and large (Complex).
• Agree on a status to AE per status to client to allow for planning and manufacture.
• Quality check on press/System Print sign off on press/Billing – To client: done/not done/Transport – Splits/Correct Quote, communicate billi...
