Job Responsibilities: Handle overall project management, project schedule and directions for ACMV Project. Manage, lead, and handle a team of engineers, supervisors, WSH Coordinator and sub-contractors. Manage and control project budget and ensure project completion in timely manner. Manage and prepare monthly payment claim submission, variation order submission and extension of time submission to the Main Contractor. Manage and prepare sub-contractors' payment response and variation order claim. Carry out site visits throughout the project to record information on the progress of the project against the agreed programme. Analyse and prepare the overall schedule and project execution plan. Mitigate site issues and propose a contingency plan. Liaise with the main contractor, consultant and client representative. Plan and allocate resources, projection and forecast of manpower.
