Joining a transversal team providing operational, administrative, and coordination support to complex projects involving institutional and industrial stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the day-to-day coordination and administrative support of projects.
- Support the preparation, organisation, and follow-up of project progress meetings with customers, consortium partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Draft and maintain meeting minutes, action lists, internal notes, and other project support documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of progress reports and related reporting material, including support to schedule and risk follow‑up.
- Help ensure traceability, consistency, and availability of project information and documentation.
- Identify organisational or procedural inefficiencies and propose practical improvements to support project execution.
