Responsibilities

Roll‑out and improve our teachers’ mass recruitment product (GEM)

• Drive continuous improvements to the recruitment workflow, reducing execution time and enhancing user experience
• Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration between Product, Development, candidates, reviewers, and interviewers
• Analyze recruitment data and candidate feedback to identify bottlenecks and inform strategic recommendations
