Description

The Afni Project Leader is an entry level management position with primary responsibilities focused on coaching and motivating a team of Project Coaches; ensuring adherence to project guidelines, updates and implementations; and as the primary liaison for the distribution of project specific information to Project Coaches and other CCS departments. Project Leaders could also have end to end ownership of smaller programs. 

The incumbent will supervise the staff in the department through a Supervisor. Responsibilities will include hiring decisions, termination requests, time authorizations, and development and presentation of performance appraisals, and professional development and coaching of subordinates.
