Job Description
Within the AMeRisC team, you join a multi-person team. In this team, we work on the analysis of counterparty risk metrics, producing xVA, PFE and EEPE measures for all the banks' trading rooms.
We serve three trades: trading, risk and financial management.
On a daily basis, your mission is to:
Monitor and report the progress of the roadmap by tracing the alerts and decision points where necessary; Manage the synchronization of the activity of the development teams in charge of AMeRisC; Ensure the consistency of the work provided by the teams; Lead and organize IP planning on a periodic basis; Establish, update and communicate an annual roadmap at the steering committees; Identify areas for improvement in the development process and lead changes with the developer teams and their managers. The technical stack used is: Java, C++ and grid computing issues.
