Role Summary
The Project Head – Civil Execution is responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of civil construction projects. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Lead and manage civil construction projects from initiation to completion
Develop project schedules, milestones, and execution strategies

Coordinate with design, procurement, and planning teams

Oversee daily site operations and construction activities
Ensure proper allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment
Monitor progress and resolve on-site issues proactively
