Position Overview
Job Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate retail shop-fitting projects & office projects Prepare and manage project costing and budgeting Achieve and maintain standardization and corporate identity for all retail stores Prepare work instructions/orders and submit drawings to main contractors and architects Work and communicate with interior designers in Singapore for designing and renovation of retail stores Coordinate shipment for international orders Perform invoice and packing list for customers for shipment Plan and forecast shipments on a weekly/monthly basis Attend site meetings prior to project implementation including coordinating on-site installation work, supervising on-site installation, etc Liaise and coordinate with related parties (e.g.: contractors, suppliers, business partners, etc) on shop fitting progress Perform quality checks and proper handover upon completion of projects Achieve project completion deadlines Perform administrative duties like ordering materials, ...
