Project Estimator - Associate

Location: Juno Beach, Florida (Onsite)

Role Overview

This position supports the development, quantification, and costing of capital expenditure (CapEx) models for project evaluation. The role involves providing technical guidance and market pricing research under supervision. The objective is to assist in creating complete and accurate capital estimates while gaining familiarity with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Support the preparation of capital cost estimates.

Review designs and specifications for cost-effectiveness and suggest alternatives.

Assist in market pricing research to inform estimates.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure project objectives are understood.

Remain current with technology and industry evolution.

Help establish, build, and implement metrics for cost and construction estimate checks.
