Responsibilities

• Prepare estimations of large value Tenders and coordinate discipline specific estimating activities across number of tenders with respective Proposal Managers.
• Prepare & check compiled Estimates furnished by Estimation Team and carry out compilation of Tender Portions pertaining to their discipline.
• Review the Tender Documents for discrepancy.
• Supervise the Estimators & Sr Estimators.
• Finalize fabrication & erection man-hours, paint areas and various specialty items.
• Review and summarize Material Lists & Material specs to identify shortfalls in supply lists.
• Pricing of painting materials & labour / equipment / passive fireproofing / Coating etc.
• Verify whether the quotations meeting the required specifications from procurement.
• Prepare lists of installation, testing & commissioning, spares and special tools.
