Duty for Cleanroom hookup Project Engineer On-Site Installation Management

• Material Control: Ensuring high-purity materials(e.g., EP tubes, PFA piping, VMBs ) are handled correctly and meet cleanroom standards to avoid contamination。

• Sub-contractor Supervision: Managing the daily progress of mechanical and electrical (M&E) teams, ensuring they follow the hookup sequence without damaging the expensive manufacturing tools.

• Progress Tracking: Using KPIs to monitor the Tool-In to Ready for Command (RFC) timeline.

Duty on QA/QC & Commissioning

In a semiconductor environment, good enough doesn't exist. The Project Engineer ensures zero-leak and zero-contamination environments.

• Testing Oversight: Witnessing pressure tests, helium leak tests, and analytical testing of high-purity gas lines.
