Salary: UP$3700 (Basic) + $300 (Transport Allowance)
Working hour: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Monday - Friday)
Working Location: Jurong East (Need to travel to project site)

Job Scope - Lead a team of consultants, contractors, and developers in daily site activities.
- Conduct project briefings and kick-off meetings.
- Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Evaluate the master program and monitor work progress.
- Identify potential or actual causes of delay and take preventive or remedial actions.
- Monitor submissions and clearances from relevant authorities.
- Assist on documentations and make recommendation to clients for award of contracts.
