Job Summary
The Project Engineer reports to up-line senior engineering personnel and performs a wide variety of water utility related engineering work for the Providence Water Supply Board (PWSB); performs other related duties as assigned.
Duties & Responsibilities
Under the oversight and direction of senior engineering staff performs complex engineering work related to all technical and administrative areas of the water supply system including the source of supply, water treatment facilities, transmission and distribution system, water quality, new water supply connections, hydraulic modeling, service area expansions and engineering office and record-keeping processes.Conducts engineering analyses and facility condition assessments to identify and prioritize needed improvements to the system.Assists senior engineering staff in the planning, design, development, and construction contract procurement proce...
