Responsibilities
Responsible for leading and managing the full life cycle R&D projects and product delivery by planning, organizing, executing and evaluating from conception to completion.Ensure successful delivery of project scope and targets while managing project risk, quality, delivery, scope, schedule, and budget.Partners with internal and external stakeholders to establish communication plans, build project schedules and establish clear project deliverables and milestones.Drive leadership by motivating project team members in the design, development, and delivery of R&D solutions to customers.Ability to demonstrate a good level of understanding of technical/engineering processes in order to work with teams throughout the project development cycleTrack, monitor and report the progress of the project to all stakeholdersImplement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve pro...
