Responsibilities

As Project Engineer, independently manage and execute multiple modification, replacement, and expansion projects across the VARO Benelux terminals. Oversee all project phases from concept development and engineering through execution, commissioning, and formal handover to Operations and Maintenance.

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and according to agreed quality standards. Coordinate internal stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, and technical advisors throughout the project lifecycle; safeguard technical integrity, operational continuity, and HSEQ compliance across all activities.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering standards, project execution methodologies, and technical processes while supporting the development of future-ready terminal infrastructure aligned with operational and strategic objectives.
