What you will do:

In close collaboration with the sponsor, perform cost-benefit analysis and develop implementation strategies to support project justification and business case development.

Prepare required deliverables for internal/global decision stage gates and capital funding requests.

Define user requirement specifications (URS), project scope, budget estimates, and schedules for assigned projects.

Ensure all project deliverables and activities align with project objectives, KPIs, and overall business strategy (e.g., BSR/MPS, SMP, Sustainability).

Lead multidisciplinary, cross‑functional teams to achieve project goals by effectively managing scope, budget, and schedule baselines.

Ensure compliance with Quality, Regulatory, Legal, EHS, Sustainability, and innovation requirements.

Take ownership of yearly CapEx targets and oversee the capitalization process of fixed assets.
