Position Overview
Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects.
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and workers.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and update management regularly.
- Plan and schedule site activities to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure proper manpower allocation and productivity at the site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify issues or delays.
- Coordinate with consultants and clients for approvals and inspections.
- Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, and management.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, MEP, and estimation departments.
- Ensure all materials are available as per project schedule.
