Position Overview
Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Project Leadership - Lead multiple large-scale projects
- Oversee full lifecycle:tender → planning → execution → handover → defects management
- Drive project delivery aligned withtimeline, cost, and quality benchmarks
- Provide executive oversight on complex, fast-track, and high-value projects
2. Financial & Commercial Governance - Own overallproject P&L, margin performance, and cost control
- Oversee:
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Variation orders and claims management
- Contract negotiation and dispute resolution
- Partner closely with Quantity Surveyors to ensuretight cost discipline and profitability
