Project Development / Construction Associate – 2–4 PQE
A leading international law firm is seeking a talented and commercially minded Project Development / Construction Associate to join its highly regarded Projects team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity to work on major infrastructure and energy developments across the GCC, with a strong focus on non-contentious construction and project development matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the drafting and negotiation of EPC contracts, PPAs, and related project documentation
- Supporting developers, sponsors, and lenders on project structuring and delivery
- Assisting with legal due diligence for infrastructure and energy investments
- Advising on risk allocation and contractual frameworks for large-scale projects
- Working closely with partners and senior associates on major regional mandates
