Maystar General Contractors Inc. is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our Vaughan based team as a Project Coordinator. This is an opportunity to join a company with over 30 years of construction experience. As a key member of the Maystar team, you will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager(s) in all aspects of document management and presentation. Travel throughout the GTA area may be required.

About the Role

• Work closely with the Project Manager and Site Team to ensure proper document management.
• Track, review and distribute shop drawings and other related submittals.
• Create and coordinate documents such as Change Orders, Subcontractor Change Orders, RFIs, etc.
