Role Overview Drive Agile delivery execution, sprintgovernance, and cross-team coordination for enterprise digital transformation programs.Ensure delivery predictability, dependency management, and continuousimprovement across multi-vendor teams.
Key Responsibilities - Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups,Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Track sprint commitments, velocity, delivery metrics, risks anddependencies.
- Remove impediments and manage cross-team dependencies.
- Maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, and release readiness.
- Coordinate across business, vendors, architects, QA, DevOps andinfrastructure teams.
- Produce delivery dashboards and management reports.
- Support release coordination, environment readiness, andgo-live activities.
