Within VV, the department “Corporate Executive Development” is an integral part of the central division “Corporate Executives” and is responsible for the strategic direction, development, and implementation of various leadership development concepts at both the individual and collective level for the Corporate Board as well as the group’s Executive and Senior Vice Presidents.
