The role is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of new and evolving contract projects, including leading the mobilisation and transition of new client contracts into operational delivery and transition projects for existing clients, including service expansions and contract variations.

Mobilisation Planning & Project Management

• Lead the end‑to‑end mobilisation of new client contracts, creating and maintaining a comprehensive mobilisation project plan including key milestones, dependencies, risk register, and decision log.
• Monitor progress against deliverables, escalating risks or delays and initiate corrective actions to maintain momentum.
• Organise and lead pre‑go‑live reviews with stakeholders to sign off the mobilisation.
