We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of engineering, maintenance, facilities, and continuous improvement projects within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, schedules, resources, and deliverables.
- Track project progress, risks, budgets, and timelines.
- Maintain project documentation, including change controls, risk assessments, validation records, and reports.
- Organise project meetings, record actions, and support stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate contractors, equipment deliveries, site access, and installation activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Support commissioning, qualification, and project close-out activities.
