Position Overview
Responsibilities - Coordinate E&M works on the project and interface closely with architectural and structural works to meet budget, timeline, and client satisfaction.
- Ensure contractors comply with regulations from Singapore building authorities and government agencies.
- Inspect materials and workmanship of construction works.
- Coordinate all E&M works with subcontractors and Specialist Works Contractors (SWCs).
- Liaise with Consultants, Design Team, and Construction Team to resolve design and construction issues.
- Monitor E&M work progress on site to ensure project schedule is met.
- Review codes, requirements, working drawings, shop drawings, and specifications related to E&M works.
- Prepare, review, and control RFI (Request for Information) related to E&M works.
- Support E&M planning and coordination, including sample submissions and drawing approval status.
