Position Overview
General - Responsible for execution of all site works inclusive of planning, scheduling, controlling, coordination and ensure works carried out are in accordance to approved Drawing/ specification and complete within the completion date.
- budgeted control and site progress reports on daily basis.
- Attend kick-off meeting, site meeting, site walk and brief by clients, officers & etc.
- Plan and discuss with Main-contractors and clients on project execution including implementation.
- Manage and supervise project works as well as oversee all workers and vendors to ensure proper work execution.
- Oversee and handle plan purchases, application and liaise with relevant authority
- Oversee arrangement of materials to deliver to site
- To ensure proper handover of project to client
