Position Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth implementation of the Hier HR and Payroll system
  • Track project progress, meet deadlines, and resolve issues quickly
  • Maintain clear and organized project plans, reports, and documentation
  • Serve as the main contact for clients and update them regularly
  • Handle client questions about system setup via Email, Viber, SMS, or calls
  • Coordinate with developers to fix issues or suggested system improvements
  • Lead online or onsite client meetings, including user trainings
  • Follow up with clients and schedule call backs when needed
  • Stay updated on system changes and new features

Qualifications:

  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Open to learning about Hierpayroll products and services

This is an onsite work.
