Role & Responsibilities:

• Letting & vetting of sub-contractor packages
• Dual CA/PC role
• Coordination on site 
• Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors and stakeholders
• Negotiate agreements striving for win win outcomes
• Tracking of project expenditure against budget
• Responsible for progress claims, project cash flow & forecasting
• Supervision and Coordination of the relevant subcontractors
• Design Management & Coordination
• Program Management
• Review shop drawings
• Use Procore and Jonas Premiere 

Your Background: 

• Must have 2+ years experience with a commercial builder/Fit-out Builder 
• Main Contractor experience is a must (Fit-out is favorable) 
• Ability to communicate effectively
