The Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Project Controls, Planning & Cost Management is responsible for leading the planning, project controls, cost management, and performance monitoring functions across residential, township, and housing development projects. The role ensures projects are delivered within approved schedules, budgets, and business objectives while providing strategic insights to senior management through data-driven reporting, forecasting, and risk management initiatives.
The AVP serves as a key business partner to Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying, Finance, Procurement, and Project Management teams in driving operational excellence, financial discipline, and project governance throughout the project lifecycle.
