Position Overview
Responsibilities: - Develop, interpret, and implement policies, objectives, and standards applicable to scope, cost, schedule control, and analysis activities.
- Interface with management and project teams for project planning and controls presentations.
- Develop and present scope, cost, and schedule reports and presentations for key project stakeholders.
- Review project work activities to ensure alignment with project milestones.
- Develop micro-phasing schedules, as required, to coordinate particularly challenging work phases and facilitate completion among various parties.
- Review project control systems to identify and flag variances on a weekly basis, including manpower, equipment, planning, and revenue variances.
- Control and track project planning estimates in coordination with the Engineering and Tendering Departments for submission to Management.
