Main activities
The selected candidate will collaborate within the Project Director's Department, reporting to the line manager, and will primarily be responsible for the following specialized areas related to urban transport systems (subways, light railways, tramways) and railways. Key responsibilities include:
Tracking and monitoring project and program budgets, including obligations and expendituresAssisting with processing project information necessary to secure fundingDeveloping overall program financial budgets based on project-specific and overall program cost estimatesPreparing budget forecasts as neededPreparing and providing required program and project-level progress reports, addressing schedule, budget, general progress, and encountered issuesIdentifying any deviations from the baseline and recommending corrective actionsMonitoring key performance indicators and imp...
